Cleveland, Ohio, Fulton Road and Clark location. Doors to ordering counter often locked, however hours of operation indicate open at 10am until wee hours of the morning.
Unable to enter the building I went and stood by the drive thur window. A tall slender BLACK man told me he could not place my order since I was not in a car. I attempted to explain the entrance doors were apparently locked. He stated, "Yes they are, I do not have my key right now" so you will have to leave.
I asked him if he could process my order ? He again stated, "Listen Man I don't have my key right now so leave?
I did inform the employee I would reach out to someone higher up. He replied, "gone mother *** HONKY" I could ask that someone review the video footage.

No one in the building out side back of restaurant.
My husband and I are 62. We were out shopping and decided to try your new restaurant (checkers) this would have been our first visit.
However, our first experience was heart breaking. We walked up to window to order, windows was open no one inside. We called out to see if everyone inside or may need help, but what we found at the back of the parking lot were restaurant employees we assume??? One male in a car smoking not sure what.
And one female setting on the curb texting. Looked at us like we were intruding on their space. This is so sad. We are locals and felt we should report this.
Not a good example of your new business.
It was our first visit and our last. You may want to put up cameras for safety as well.

Why couldnt they put in the *** cup ?
Is the stupidest *** thing? Its not that *** hard to do.

I was hired in as a shift leader here recently and was told my drawers kept coming up short but nobody ever reviewed the cameras I know Ive not stolen any money. I've put my own money in the drawer several times.
I was fired today because my drawers were short again. And a co worker literally attacked me. I have autism I'm not using that as an excuse for anything. But Patricia troxell from this location attacked me while I was in the office.
I've felt bullied from day one by two particular employees the general managers son in law and Patricia. Of course the general manager would side with her family.
Since you know it's family ran. You guys lost a hard working worker on behalf of bullying in the work place.

Issue was never addressed
The next dayI again called same attempts with same results as original day. Able to go back next day, told they're a franchise and it's not it's policy to replace or refund if not called (didn't answer) or return durning same shift to pickup, corporate has no say in this . I'm supposed to let them keep approximately $20 and forget it.
THIS IS WRONG AND SOMETHING/SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE DONE TO STOP IT. They need to be scrutinized/watch dog /regulated SOMETHING!!
