Poor service
Food cold n price before ordrring
Unbelievable bad customer service by a manager
I was the second person at the drive-thru they took about 15 to 20 minutes to even get to me and ask me to hold I told her I already been holding she told me if you don't like it keep it moving so I went to the drive-thru to steal get my order at the window I games tamika my money and she was very rude and ask me did I want the order or not so I replied you have my money then she gave it back so I asked what was her name she said taMika I believe she was a manager this happened on 1st Avenue South and 34th Street at 12:07 p.m. In St Petersburg Florida She would not give me her name so I sat there trying to get an her name but she closed the window so when I finally did move my car one of the other employees were hanging out the window I asked him what it was his store number he said he didn't know I asked what was her name he said he didn't know a lot of times I come out late at night to get me a late-night snack and every time I come .not every time but most of the time your employees are very rude they keep a nasty place and most of them talk to people like they were on the streets this happened on 9.7 .17at 12:07 a.m.
I was not a happy camper and I still left hungry because she did not serve me. After I waited for almost 30 minutes

Horrible service for the second time this month
I went to the #4176 location in Centerpoint located in Birmingham, Alabama. This the second time I had to come back for a refund.
The employees laughing and constantly asking me to repeat my order. Once i paid and got my food, the order was still incorrect. I had two seperate orders and both was wrong. I stated it was incorrect and the cashier picked threw the sandwich then gave it to the cook fix it.
Once I searched my second bag and stated it was also incorrect, she asked for the whole order back. She picked threw the bags and was trying to figure out what was incorrect while switching and touching over fries and burgers, head all in the bag, so i stated can i just have a refund. It was too much time wasted and i had to be at work within the next 30 minutes. I waited for every bit of 20 minutes and to have the food incorrect and have to back to McDonalds for the second time my food was incorrect.
This is an issue i felt could have been prevented if the employees wasn't playing and laughing while i was trying to order.
2 weekks ago the cashier stated the ice machine, smoothie machine, and milk shake machine was out of order, and the you all no longer sell HiC. Gave me a burger that looked like someone had been playing with it or tore a piece of the bread off, I'm not sure, but I love rally's and it's sad i tried to give it another try after the first incendent, which I feel was a mistake.

I was not pleased with the attitude of the staff and the soggy greasy fries which I had to throw a way price of this cold hamburger and greasy fries $7.84
Why would you want t frequent a place like that? They have probably spat in your food before. Eat somewhere else.
