Extremely poor customer service and more than 20 to 30-minute wait times. Absolutely ridiculous; not one person is nice.

I never had someone to be so rude in my life All because I asked a question. On top of terrible customer service, they messed up my food.

I sat in the drive through over 5mins blowing my horn to notify about my incorrect order and to get my receipt. They wouldn't even come back to the window and acknowledge me.

Terrible customer service at the restaurant in Miami Florida at Letjune Rd 42 Ave NW and 3 St staff really rude need to change everybody,now no refill on the soda take care many restaurants close down

I was constantly lied to and I still didn't get a refund its been 11 days since I first asked for my money back...People pretending to be managers when I asked for one..Every time I call its been a different lie now they telling me I got to go over the river and through the woods to get my money...I will never use the app or eat checkers ever again...Monday I'm calling the BBB...

I did not get a hold of customer service and they did not return my call I will never recommend checkers on Chapman hwy. In knoxville tn. to anyone they are racist against white people they treated myself and my husband like a couple of dogs and our food was thrown together our food looked like something u would throw out to a dog I have never had bad service with checkers at other locations I have pictures of how our food looked it was so bad I just threw it in the garbage I think something should be done on our behalf and the restaurant needs to be evaluated

I filled out a survey and never gotten my code for my free burger contracted customer service they told me a manager will call me back never did for real an I was a good customer why make people fill them out and back what you’ll say after filling out the survey it stated stay connected for your code I’m still waiting
