Issue with refund

I was being illegally evicted and didn't get to pick my food up, being tossed back and forth between the restaurant and the customer service line with no help for almost 2 weeks.

First time online order, on my first order I was supposed to get a BOGO sandwich. I placed the order and paid.

Poor quality
The onions at the Clarksville Highway location in Nashville, Tennessee are very poor. I have been to this location several times and the onions are always wilted, and today I received little crumbs of onions.
I don't understand why they would serve something so disgusting.
Onions are supposed to be crisp and whole rings, and they never have that. Please change this in the future.

Not happy with your company
Bad service, lack of product like their shake machine has been broken for over five years now, but they are offering a new shake. I paid 16 dollars for 1 meal, and they got it wrong.
Tried calling, but they don't answer the phone. Only 2 employees were there, but they are not hiring.
Sometimes, only 1 person is there. Don't go there.

Got my entire order wrong
I ordered the 2 for $8 - deep sea double and a double checker burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. Instead I got 2 single fish sandwiches and no cheeseburger.
Also no receipt.
This was at the Checkers at 1805 w. Jefferson street at just about 4 PM on 12-20-2025.

I purchased fully loaded fries, and when I opened it, I had dry, burnt fries with cold grease in the corners of the box. I wouldn't have served that to anyone.
Also, I have the receipt and pictures to send if you need them. I returned the food, but I won't be back.

Yes, the worker at Checkers was rude and threw my food because I paid with change, and on top of that, they forgot one of my orders. When I called Checkers, they said they were going to give me a coupon and didn't.
