FknThis was the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant in my life. The African American man laughed and refused to help me figure out tap to pay. I asked him his name and he asked why. I let him know that I would be reporting. His disgusting customer service. The. He says, I dont give a *** I left with no food and Ill never go to Checkers again!

Terrible customer service

Employees sitting outside smoking 20 minutes after opening. Waited and they laughed.

Never again.

I don't need their food but they need my service to have jobs. Really this one should be shut down.

I forgot you were there. 20 minutes after a late opening at that in the lot smoking and playing with friends.

Meanwhile one guy was trying to stock. They saw us at the drive and walk up window. Laughed and carried on. Don't like your job find another.

The whole staff needs to be let go or the latter. Idc. Cleanliness is a must in the food industry. They have a no smoking policy.

This location has been plagued with BS. Something needs to be done or close the doors.

One of you can buy the location and run it at a loss. So reach out to the franchise head and make an offer.

They don’t need your patronage. You are the pi gg customer that the pandemic will get rid of.

All these places survived the pandemic and will not put up with customers who mouth off. So go elsewhere until you are not welcome anywhere.

So the child that wrote this complaint wants the location shut down because they did not get service. This inconveniences it for everyone else.

They were probably waiting for the manager or a keyholder to let them in the building. Only managerial staff would be issued keys. How can they wait on customers if they cannot get in the building?

Checkers Drive In - Bad service

Went to my regular checkers drive thru in Stone Mountain Georgia on 6000 Memorial drive on a Sunday after church and recieved the worst disrespect from the drive thru personal. Now I had went there the Sunday before and was missing an item I paid for, so I ask the young lady before ordering to please make sure I get everything in my bag because I did not get all my stuff and she cut me off saying well we wont give too you because you should have came back, granted I just had a surgery and was not able to return nor was I asking for it too be replaced only to insure I have all my items again, she then cut me off again asking me what can I get you so instead of my apologies mam for the inconvenience I was rushed with attitude and left the drive thru, I attempted to call the store to speak with a manager no one answered

I wasn't there. Did you speak harshly to the "girl", in a way that sounded like you were blaming her? Just make your order and check before leaving to avoid these situations.

Why did you have to start running your mouth?? That girl had nothing to do with your last visit. The solution is for you to pull over and check your order.

Employee transfer asap

Closer location to current living due to process of moving. I love my position as a shift manager I would love to continue forward but I did speak with someone about transferring I just never got back in contact with them

Employee lied

Called the restaurant to see if they were open and a female answered and said they were open but they will be closing at 730. My wife went to the restaurant at around 7 and she said that all the chairs were up and no one was there.

Drove up to the dtive thru and was thanked for our patience to please wait. Another car went belong side us and was asked the same thing. No communication for almost 10 minutes. The second car went to the window and was served. We went to the window. The cashier informed us the mgr said no we can't order. When we tried to question and protest the matter the staff member slammed the window in our faces. This is totally unacceptable behavior. Management is responsible for this.
